Product Features & Advantages
1. Food-Grade & Safe: This addition curing silicone is food-grade with FDA certification, ensuring environmental protection, non-toxicity and odorlessness, suitable for direct contact with human skin, especially for broadcast-related skin-contact products.
2. High Durability: It has high tear and tensile strength, maintaining shape without cracking after repeated washing, enabling long-term cyclic use and reducing replacement costs for buyers.
3. Long Shelf Life: Unused liquid silicone has a 1-year shelf life. If it becomes thick after expiration, it can be stirred to reduce viscosity and reused, avoiding waste.
4. Customizable: Hardness, viscosity, color and other parameters can be tailored according to customer needs, providing personalized human body silicone solutions.
5. Skin-Friendly & Breathable: The finished silicone breast pads are breathable and skin-friendly, protecting delicate skin better than sponge pads, and more environmentally friendly and comfortable.
How to Use
1. Before mixing, fully stir component A and component B separately in their own containers to ensure uniformity.
2. Mix component A and component B in a weight ratio of 1:1 strictly.
3. Defoaming can be done as needed: stir the mixed liquid evenly, put it into a vacuum container, defoam at 0.01MPa for 5 minutes, then pour for use.
4. Maintain the temperature specified in the technical parameter table during and after curing. For thick applications, curing time may be extended; both room temperature and heating curing are available. In winter, heat curing is recommended (20 minutes at 80~100℃), while room temperature curing takes about 8 hours.
