This high resilience memory recovery bionic skin silicone is a platinum-cured RTV-2
liquid silicone developed by Shenzhen Hong Ye Jie Technology, targeting the fatigue deformation pain points of long-term pressing, frequent touching and repeated extrusion of commercial humanoid robots. Conventional bionic silicone has low elastic limit and poor fatigue resistance. After a period of high-frequency tourist pressing and long-term local compression, ordinary silicone skin is prone to slow rebound, sunken collapse, surface wrinkling and permanent residual indentation, which seriously damages the bionic appearance and reduces the commercial display effect, requiring frequent skin replacement and causing high operation costs.
Adopting a new modified high-elastic memory molecular formula, this product optimizes the polymer cross-linking structure and greatly strengthens the molecular chain recovery ability. Different from ordinary silicone that gradually relaxes and collapses after long-term use, this silicone has stable memory resilience. Whether it is short-term high-frequency instantaneous pressing or long-term static heavy compression, the skin can quickly return to a flat and tight state without residual deformation, wrinkles or sagging, maintaining a brand-new skin flatness for long-term service.

Operating Instructions
Stir Part A and Part B respectively for more than 3 minutes before use to evenly disperse elastic modified components. Mix strictly at 1:1 weight ratio and stir fully for 2-3 minutes with scraping bottom and wall. Complete sufficient vacuum defoaming to avoid bubble defects. Room temperature pot life is 40-50 minutes; full curing takes 6-10 hours at room temperature. Heating at 60-80℃ accelerates production efficiency without damaging the core elastic memory performance.
Notes
Platinum cured silicone must avoid contact with sulfur, tin, lead and phosphorus pollutants to prevent poor curing and elastic failure. Keep tools and molds clean and dry. Strictly follow the standard mixing ratio to ensure stable resilience. Avoid long-term immersion in strong corrosive solvents. For commercial high-frequency interactive equipment, complete fatigue pressing test before official operation.
Packing & Storage
Part A and Part B are sealed and packaged separately in 5KG, 20KG, 200KG drums. Store in cool, dry, ventilated and dark warehouse, away from high temperature heat sources. Sealed shelf life is 12 months. Non-dangerous goods, suitable for conventional logistics transportation.
