This Human Body Silicone is specially optimized for humanoid robot outer skin, breaking the limitation of ordinary silicone materials. It solves the problem of skin contamination caused by sweat and sebum after long-term human contact, realizes low-friction silent joint movement, and has high thermal conductivity to export internal motor heat steadily. The material meets medical biocompatibility standards, which is the preferred bionic material for child interactive robots and medical simulation models.

How to Use

This liquid silicone rubber is two-component A+B material with 1:1 mixing ratio. Mix component A and B evenly without introducing air bubbles. Then pour into the mold or brush on the mold surface. It can be cured naturally at room temperature, or heated to 60~80℃ to shorten curing time. After complete curing, demold to obtain bionic robot skin with delicate texture.
