It is ideal for PCB assemblies, optical electronics, LCD manufacturing, and liquid seal HEPA filters. With excellent adhesion, high & low temperature resistance, and non-corrosive curing, it delivers long-term protection for industrial and electronic components.

HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Compound, also called Liquid Tank Silicone, Jelly Silicone Gel, or Filter Potting Silicone, is a two-part RTV silicone material designed for professional potting and sealing. It provides reliable protection against moisture, vibration, high temperature, and corrosion for critical electronic parts and filtration equipment.

This Silicone Potting Compound features great flexibility, stable performance, and strong adhesion to aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and various plastics. It supports both room temperature and heat curing, making it suitable for mass production and on-site applications.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B separately to ensure uniformity.

Mix Part A and Part B at a 1:1 weight ratio.

Degas the mixture at 0.08MPa for about 3 minutes.

Pour directly into the tank or housing for potting and sealing.

Cure at room temperature for 3–8 hours, or heat at 80–100°C for 20 minutes.
