HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Compound is a two‑component addition‑curing silicone gel widely used as electronic potting silicone and liquid tank filter silicone. It provides excellent sealing, insulation, moistureproof and high‑temperature resistance for electronic components, PCBs, power modules and HEPA filters. It cures easily at room or high temperature, adheres strongly to metals and plastics, and supports color and packaging customization.

HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Compound is a professional two‑component addition‑curing silicone gel, widely known as Liquid Tank Silicone, Jelly Silicone Gel , and Filter Potting Silicone. It is specially designed for reliable potting, sealing, insulation, moistureproofing and shockproof protection of electronic components, PCBs, power modules, optical electronics and LCD manufacturing. It also serves as a high‑performance sealant for liquid tank HEPA filters, high‑temperature ovens, induction cookers and other high‑temperature equipment, delivering stable adhesion to aluminum, galvanized sheet and stainless steel.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B separately to ensure uniformity.

Mix Part A and Part B at a 1:1 weight ratio.

Degas for about 3 minutes at 0.08MPa.

Pour directly into the filter tank or electronic components.

Cure in 3–8 hours at room temperature, or 20 minutes at 80–100°C.
