HONG YE SILICONE, the type of HY‑9300 is a skin‑safe, addition‑cured liquid silicone designed for making nipple covers, silicone bras, skin simulators, and soft padding parts. With ultra‑soft hardness 0–5 Shore A, 1:1 mix ratio, room or heat curing, it offers excellent skin adhesion, breathability, durability, and washability. ISO9001, CE, UL certified, customizable for hardness, viscosity, and curing time—ideal for body care, apparel, and medical padding manufacturers.

How to Use (Step‑by‑Step)
Stir Component A and Component B separately in their own containers.
Mix A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio evenly.
Degas the mixture under vacuum at 0.01 MPa for about 5 minutes if needed.
Cure at room temperature for about 8 hours, or heat at 80–100°C for 20 minutes.
