HY‑9300 is a skin‑friendly addition‑cured liquid silicone designed for bra pads, nipple covers, silicone bras and artificial skin. With ultra‑soft texture, high tear resistance, good breathability and washability, it is FDA‑certified food grade silicone. Easy 1:1 mixing, room or heat curable, customizable for hardness, viscosity and color. Ideal for body apparel and medical padding manufacturers.

Product Overview

HY‑9300 is a two‑component addition curing liquid silicone specially developed for making soft, elastic body products. It is widely used to produce silicone bra pads, nipple covers, silicone bras and artificial skin. As a safe Human Body Silicone, it offers excellent cushioning, skin affinity and durability, and can also be used for shoulder pads, foot pads and medical cushions.

How to Use

Stir Component A and Component B separately before mixing.

Mix A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio.

Degas the mixture at 0.01 MPa for 5 minutes if needed.

Cure at room temperature for about 8 hours, or heat at 80–100°C for 20 minutes.

Main applications: silicone bra pads, nipple covers, push‑up bras, artificial skin, shoulder pads, foot pads and medical cushions. It is widely used in intimate apparel, health care and Life Casting Silicone fields.
