HONG YE SILICONE Liquid Tank Silicone , also called Jelly Silicone Gel or Filter Potting Silicone, is a two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber designed for liquid tank HEPA filters and electronic sealing. It features strong adhesion, high & low temperature resistance, waterproofing, and elasticity. Safe, eco-friendly, and non-oozing, it cures at room or elevated temperature and supports color and packaging customization.

Liquid Tank Silicone, commonly known as Jelly Silicone Gel or Liquid Tank Sealant , is a professional two-component addition-curing silicone from HONG YE SILICONE. It is widely used as Filter Potting Silicone for liquid-type HEPA filters, air outlets, optical electronics, LCD manufacturing, and precision components. This Silicone Potting Compound delivers reliable sealing, moisture-proofing, shock absorption, and insulation for industrial and electronic applications.

How to Use

Stir Component A and Component B thoroughly before mixing.

Mix A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio until uniform.

Degas the mixture at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes.

Pour directly into filter tanks or electronic components.

Cure: 3–8 hours at room temperature; 20 minutes at 80–100°C.
