HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Tank Filter Silicone is a high-performance Addition Curing Silicone product, also named Jelly Silicone Gel , Liquid Tank Sealant and Filter Potting Silicone. Made of premium Silicone raw materials, it boasts excellent high-temperature resistance and wide compatibility with metals and plastics. Adopting Platinum cured mold silicone technology, it outperforms ordinary Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber in stability and durability. It meets the quality standards of our Industrial mold silicone rubber and Pad Printing Silicone, helping buyers improve product service life in harsh high-temperature environments.

Product Overview

Our Liquid Tank Silicone is a two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber, with transparent Component A and blue Component B (color customizable). It is specially designed to withstand extreme high temperatures without deformation or aging, and has strong bonding capabilities with aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, PC, PP, ABS and PVC. It provides reliable sealing, moisture-proofing and insulation, making it ideal for high-temperature industrial scenarios and precision electronic components.

Product Features & Advantages

How to Use

1. Stir Component A and B separately for 1-2 minutes to ensure uniformity and avoid stratification.

2. Mix A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly until the mixture is free of lumps.

3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour it evenly into the target slot or electronic components.

4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8h; heating curing is recommended in winter to speed up the process and ensure full curing.
