HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Tank Filter Silicone, also called Jelly Silicone Gel , Liquid Tank Sealant and Filter Potting Silicone, is a user-friendly two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber made of high-quality Silicone raw materials. As a professional Addition Curing Silicone, it adopts Platinum cured mold silicone technology, simpler to operate than Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber. It has wide compatibility, excellent sealing and flexible curing methods, meeting the quality standards of our Industrial mold silicone rubber and Pad Printing Silicone, suitable for multiple industrial scenarios and helping small and medium buyers improve work efficiency.

Product Overview

Our Liquid Tank Silicone is a versatile two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber, composed of transparent Component A and blue Component B (color customizable). It features a simple 1:1 mixing ratio, requiring no professional skills, making it easy for beginners to operate. This Addition curing silicone is safe, eco-friendly, with high toughness and strong compatibility with metals and plastics, providing reliable sealing and protection for various industrial products.

How to Use

1. Stir Component A and B separately for 1-2 minutes, no complex tools required.

2. Mix A and B at 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly until uniform.

3. Degas at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour directly into target slots or components.

4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8h; heating curing speeds up curing in winter.
