How to Use
1. Stir Component A and B separately in their containers to ensure uniformity, which is crucial for batch consistency in mass production.
2. Mix A and B at 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly for 2-3 minutes to ensure uniform mixing.
3. Degas at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes to remove air bubbles, then pour into liquid tank filter aluminum slots in batches for efficient operation.
4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8h; heating curing at 80-100℃ for 20min shortens production cycles, suitable for bulk orders.
