HONG YE SILICONE’s Electronic Potting Silicone is a fully customizable two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber , also known as Electronic Potting Compound, Silicone Potting Compound and Electronic Encapsulation Adhesive. Made of high-purity Silicone raw materials , it adopts Platinum cured mold silicone technology, a professional Addition Curing Silicone more flexible than Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber. With comprehensive customization options, it meets the quality standards of our Industrial mold silicone rubber and Pad Printing Silicone , adapting to diverse personalized needs of global buyers.

Product Overview

Our Electronic Potting Silicone is a flexible Silicone Encapsulant , with Component A (transparent) and Component B (customizable color) as the base, supporting full customization of formula, color, viscosity and packaging. It has excellent performance, strong compatibility with metals and plastics, and can be adjusted according to specific application scenarios, making it suitable for various electronic components, air filters and high-temperature equipment, same as our customizable Industrial Mold Silicone rubber.

How to Use

2. Mix at the customized ratio (default 1:1), stirring thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.

3. Degas at the recommended pressure (default 0.08MPa) for 3 minutes, then pour into target components.

4. Cure according to the customized curing parameters (default 25℃ for 3-8h or 80-100℃ for 20min).
