With Addition Curing Silicone technology and premium Silicone raw materials, it serves as Filter Potting Silicone and Electronic Encapsulation Adhesive for electronic modules and air filter systems. Featuring low viscosity, room and heat dual curing, it bonds metal and plastic perfectly. Product Overview

This electronic encapsulation adhesive is dual-component liquid silicone , Part A transparent and Part B customizable color. It is widely called Liquid Tank Sealant and Jelly Silicone Gel , applied to liquid tank filter, high-efficiency air outlet device, power module and precision electronic potting. With eco-friendly formula and high toughness, it shares consistent quality with Rapid prototyping silicone and Industrial mold silicone rubber.

Technical Specifications

1:1 weight mixing ratio for A and B component. 3 minutes degassing under 0.08MPa. Room temperature curing takes 3-8 hours, heating curing at 80-100℃ only needs 20 minutes. Sealed storage for 1 year, packaged in multiple specifications from 1KG to 200KG per barrel, transported as non-hazardous material.

Product Features

Moderate hardness and excellent elastic recovery, waterproof, moisture-proof and temperature resistant. Low viscosity for smooth perfusion; good flexibility and adhesion. No harmful by-products while curing, compatible with most plastic and metal surfaces. It can buffer thermal expansion and contraction stress to avoid cracking.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B uniformly in individual containers.

Mix strictly at 1:1 weight ratio and stir thoroughly.

Vacuum degas 3 minutes then pour into target parts.

Adjust curing method according to ambient temperature for best performance.
