HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Encapsulation Adhesive is a high-performance Addition Curing Silicone, functioning as Filter Potting Silicone and Liquid Tank Silicone . Made of premium Silicone raw materials with Platinum cured mold silicone formula, this Silicone Encapsulant features dual curing system and low viscosity. It works perfectly as Potting Compound for precision electronics, LCD elements and liquid tank filters, with strong adhesion to metal, PC, ABS and PVC. Eco-friendly, crack-proof and oil-free, it is a top option for industrial electronic sealing worldwide.

Product Overview

This silicone encapsulant is two-component Liquid silicone rubber , used widely as Electronic Potting Compound and Liquid Tank Adhesive . Part A is transparent liquid while Part B can be customized in any color. It has high flexibility and superior sealing effect after curing, ideal for liquid tank filter, electronic component, power module and high temperature equipment sealing, comparable with High transparency mold silicone in stability.

Technical Specifications

A/B mixing ratio 1:1 by weight; 0.08MPa degassing for 3 minutes. Room temperature curing 3-8 hours, 80-100℃ fast curing 20 minutes. Multi-spec packaging available, sealed shelf life 1 year, non-dangerous transportation standard.

How to Use

Separate stirring for Part A and Part B before blending.
