Product Description

Developed for industrial sealing, this Silicone Potting Compound is typical RTV 2 Silicone Rubber made of pure Silicone raw materials. As Addition Curing Silicone, it acts as Electronic Encapsulation Adhesive and Filter Potting Silicone, also used as Liquid Tank Silicone for air filter system. Dual-component design with customizable color, low viscosity and dual curing mode. High toughness and chemical stability enable it suitable for LED, precision electronics and high-temperature equipment, offering reliable insulation and waterproof performance for industrial manufacturing.

Product Overview

This Electronic Potting Compound is dual-component liquid silicone , widely known as Jelly Silicone Gel and Liquid Tank Adhesive . Part A is transparent liquid, Part B color can be adjusted as required. Safe, environmentally friendly and high toughness, it has perfect sealing effect after curing, widely used in liquid tank filter, electronic component and power module potting, same stable quality as Prototype silicone .

Technical Specifications

A/B mixing proportion 1:1 by weight; 3 minutes degassing under 0.08MPa pressure. Room temperature curing time 3-8 hours, heating curing 20 minutes at 80-100℃. Complete packaging specifications, 1 year sealed shelf life, non-dangerous transportation.

How to Use

Fully stir Part A and Part B separately in original containers.

Mix two components according to 1:1 weight ratio.

Stir uniformly then vacuum degas before pouring.

Control curing temperature to obtain ideal elasticity and sealing performance.
