This industrial Potting Compound from HONG YE SILICONE is a dual-part liquid silicone based on Addition Curing Silicone technology. Serving as Liquid Tank Silicone and Jelly Silicone Gel , it uses high-quality Silicone raw materials to become ideal Electronic Potting Compound and Filter Potting Silicone. With RTV 2 Silicone Rubber property, it supports room and heating curing, features low viscosity and strong adhesion. It protects precision electronics, LCD components and high-temperature equipment, delivering long-term waterproof, insulation and anti-aging performance for global industrial buyers.

Product Overview

This electronic potting silicone is classic RTV 2 Silicone Rubber, also named Liquid Tank Sealant and Silicone Encapsulant. Consist of transparent Part A and color customizable Part B, it is eco-friendly, high elastic and excellent in sealing after curing. It is the preferred potting material for liquid tank high-efficiency filter, air outlet device and precision electronic modules, sharing quality level with Pad printing silicone rubber.

Technical Specifications

1:1 weight ratio for A and B component; 3 minutes vacuum degassing at 0.08MPa. Natural curing 3-8 hours at room temperature, fast curing 20 minutes under 80-100℃. Multiple barrel sizes optional, sealed storage valid for 1 year, transported as non-hazardous goods.
