How to Use
1. Before mixing, fully stir Component A and B separately in their respective containers to avoid stratification—stratification does not affect performance but ensures uniform curing.
2. Mix Component A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is uniform and free of lumps.
3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes to remove air bubbles, then pour directly into electronic components, circuit boards or filter slots.
4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8 hours; in low-temperature environments (such as winter), heating curing at 80-100℃ for 20 minutes is recommended to speed up the process and ensure full curing.
