This premium Electronic Potting Compound is a two-component Addition Curing Silicone from HONG YE SILICONE, also named Silicone Potting Compound and Liquid Tank Silicone . Made of pure Silicone raw materials with Platinum cured mold silicone formula, it acts as Jelly Silicone Gel and Filter Potting Silicone for air filter sealing. Eco-friendly and high toughness, it features dual curing mode, great adhesion to metal and plastic materials. Product Overview

HONG YE SILICONE electronic potting silicone is a two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber , composed of transparent Part A and blue Part B with customizable color. It is also known as Liquid Tank Adhesive and Silicone Encapsulant , widely recognized as the ideal material for liquid tank high-efficiency filters, optical electronics, LCD production and precision electronic components sealing. Safe, non-toxic and high resilience, it provides perfect sealing after curing, matching the quality standard of Industrial mold silicone rubber and Pad Printing Silicone.

Technical Specifications

Mixing ratio of Part A to Part B is 1:1 by weight. Degas for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa pressure. It can be cured at room temperature within 3-8 hours, or heated cured at 80-100℃ in 20 minutes.

Shelf life reaches 1 year under sealed storage, kept away from acid, alkali and impurities. Available packaging includes 1KG, 5KG, 20KG, 25KG and 200KG per barrel for both components, delivered as non-dangerous goods.

It owns excellent chemical stability, weather resistance and anti-corrosion performance, remaining stable under high and low temperature without deformation. Low viscosity enables easy pouring; no by-products are generated during curing, compatible with PC, PP, ABS, PVC and various metals. How to Use

Fully stir Part A and Part B respectively before mixing.

Blend two components strictly at 1:1 weight proportion.

Stir evenly then degas 3 minutes at 0.08MPa, pour into filter tank or electronic modules directly.

Keep constant temperature during curing; adopt heating curing in cold weather to shorten curing time.
