Product Features & Advantages
High transparency and clarity after curing, enabling visual inspection of internal electronic components without disassembling the encapsulation, reducing maintenance costs; Platinum cured mold silicone technology, ensuring stable transparency and performance, no yellowing or discoloration over time; low viscosity, easy to pour without leaving bubbles or affecting component appearance; dual curing methods, flexible and convenient; high toughness, no cracking, ensuring long-term protection; excellent sealing, no oil seepage, moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant; eco-friendly, no harmful by-products; wide compatibility, same as our Industrial mold silicone rubber and Pad printing silicone.
How to Use
1. Stir Component A and B separately in their containers to maintain transparency and uniformity, avoiding contamination that affects clarity.
2. Mix Component A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly for 2-3 minutes to avoid air bubbles that affect transparency.
3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes to remove all air bubbles, then pour gently into precision electronic components to avoid damaging sensitive parts.
4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8 hours; heating curing at 80-100℃ for 20 minutes ensures better transparency and stability, no yellowing.
Application Scenarios
Widely used for precision electronic components, optical electronics, LCD manufacturing, power modules and electronic circuit boards that require visual inspection. It provides reliable sealing, moisture-proof, shockproof and insulation protection while allowing visual inspection of internal components, reducing maintenance costs, improving product quality and efficiency for buyers in the precision electronic industry.
Certifications and Compliance
Certified by ISO9001, CE, RoHS and FDA, complying with precision and optical electronic industry standards, ensuring product safety, transparency and reliability.
Customization Options
Transparency level can be customized (higher clarity available); Component B color can be adjusted (transparent, semi-transparent or colored); formula can be optimized to enhance transparency and anti-yellowing performance, same as our customization services for High transparency mold silicone and Pad printing silicone.
Production Process
Our production process includes strict transparency and anti-yellowing testing, using high-purity Silicone raw materials and advanced mixing technology to ensure high clarity and stability. Each batch of products undergoes transparency testing to meet the strict requirements of precision and optical electronic industries, same as our production standards for High transparency mold silicone.
