HONG YE SILICONE’s Electronic Potting Silicone is a high-transparency two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber , also known as Electronic Potting Compound, Silicone Potting Compound and High transparency mold silicone-based encapsulant. Made of high-purity Silicone raw materials, it adopts Platinum cured mold silicone technology, a professional Addition Curing Silicone with high transparency and clarity, outperforming Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber. It meets the quality standards of our Industrial mold silicone rubber and Pad Printing Silicone , suitable for precision and optical electronic components requiring visual inspection.

Our Electronic Potting Silicone is a high-transparency Silicone Encapsulant , with transparent Component A and customizable color Component B (transparent option available). It has high clarity and transparency after curing, allowing visual inspection of internal electronic components without damaging the encapsulation—critical for precision and optical electronics. How to Use
1. Stir Component A and B separately in their containers to maintain transparency and uniformity, avoiding contamination that affects clarity.
2. Mix Component A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly for 2-3 minutes to avoid air bubbles that affect transparency.
3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes to remove all air bubbles, then pour gently into precision electronic components to avoid damaging sensitive parts.
4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8 hours; heating curing at 80-100℃ for 20 minutes ensures better transparency and stability, no yellowing.
