HONG YE SILICONE’s Electronic Potting Silicone is a multi-scenario Addition Curing Silicone, also known as Electronic Potting Compound, Silicone Potting Compound and Electronic Encapsulation Adhesive. Made of high-purity Silicone raw materials , it adopts Platinum cured mold silicone technology, simpler to use than Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber. With easy operation, wide compatibility and flexible curing, it meets the quality standards of our Industrial mold silicone rubber and Pad Printing Silicone , improving efficiency for small and medium buyers.

Product Overview

Our Electronic Potting Silicone is a versatile two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber , with transparent Component A and blue Component B (color customizable). As a practical Silicone Encapsulant , it features a 1:1 mixing ratio and no professional operation required, suitable for beginners. It has strong compatibility with metals and plastics, widely applicable to electronics, air filters and high-temperature equipment, providing reliable protection.

How to Use

1. Stir Component A and B separately for 1-2 minutes, no professional tools needed.

2. Mix A and B at 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly until uniform.

3. Degas at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour directly into target components.

4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8h; heating curing speeds up curing in winter.
