HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Tank Filter Silicone, also called Jelly Silicone Gel , Liquid Tank Sealant and Filter Potting Silicone, is a cost-effective two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber made of high-quality Silicone raw materials. As a professional Addition Curing Silicone, it adopts Platinum cured mold silicone technology, more stable than Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber. Our Liquid Tank Silicone is a high-cost-performance two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber, composed of transparent Component A and blue Component B (color customizable). How to Use

1. Stir Component A and B separately to ensure uniformity for batch consistency.

2. Mix A and B at 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.

3. Degas at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour into liquid tank filter aluminum slots in batches.

4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8h; heating curing shortens production cycles for bulk orders.
