Product Description

HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Compound is a corrosion-resistant Addition Curing Silicone made of premium Silicone raw materials. As durable Silicone Potting Compound and Filter Potting Silicone, it also works as Liquid Tank Silicone and Jelly Silicone Gel . This RTV 2 Silicone Rubber features excellent anti-aging, corrosion-resistant and waterproof performance, able to withstand harsh outdoor and industrial environments. It bonds well with metals and plastics, providing long-term protection for electronics, filters and high-temperature equipment.

Product Overview

Our potting silicone is a two-component anti-aging sealing material, specially designed for harsh environment applications. Transparent Part A and blue Part B (color customizable) form a high-toughness elastic gel after curing, with performance consistent with Rapid prototyping silicone, suitable for outdoor and corrosive industrial scenes.

Technical Specifications

A/B weight ratio: 1:1; vacuum degassing: 3 minutes at 0.08MPa. Room temperature curing: 3-8 hours; heating curing: 20 minutes at 80~100℃. Sealed shelf life: 1 year; packaging: 1-200KG/barrel; non-hazardous transportation.
