HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Compound is premium Addition Curing Silicone designed for PCB encapsulation and full range of LED circuit protection. As reliable Silicone Potting Compound and Silicone Encapsulant, it is classic RTV 2 Silicone Rubber mixed with high-purity Silicone raw materials. It owns outstanding moistureproof, insulation and shockproof performance, no oil bleeding after curing, fits various plastic and metal substrates, perfectly suits LED light source, control PCB and liquid tank filter sealing, stable performance for long-term electronic equipment operation.

Product Overview

This dual-component potting silicone belongs to professional industrial silicone material, also known as Jelly Silicone Gel in practical usage. It adopts standard A and B two-part formula, transparent part A and customizable blue part B, safe eco-friendly formula with moderate hardness and excellent elastic recovery. It not only meets daily electronic sealing demands, but also matches strict usage standard same as regular Industrial mold silicone rubber, becoming ideal protective material for all kinds of precision electronic components and LED lighting accessories.

Product Features

It features stable chemical property, great weather resistance and corrosion resistance, adapts high and low temperature working environment without deformation. Low viscosity design realizes smooth pouring filling, supports both room temperature curing and heating fast curing. With superior adhesion on aluminum plate, galvanized sheet and stainless steel, it will not produce any harmful by-products during curing process, compatible with PC, PP, ABS, PVC and multiple metal materials. It can effectively buffer thermal expansion and contraction stress to avoid cracking, keep lasting sealing effect.

Operation Instructions

Firstly stir component A and component B evenly respectively before mixing. Strictly follow 1:1 weight ratio to blend two parts fully. Place mixed silicone under 0.08MPa environment for 3 minutes defoaming treatment then pour directly. Room temperature needs 3-8 hours to finish vulcanization, accelerate curing speed under 80℃ to 100℃ heating condition only needs 20 minutes, greatly improve production efficiency.
