HONG YE SILICONE Silicone Potting Compound is a versatile RTV 2 Silicone Rubber made of premium Silicone raw materials. As an advanced Addition Curing Silicone, it serves as both Electronic Encapsulation Adhesive and Liquid Tank Sealant, with strong compatibility with most metals and plastics. This low-viscosity, eco-friendly potting silicone supports dual curing modes, features high toughness and no oil leakage, suitable for PCB, LCD, liquid tank filters and high-temperature equipment, providing a one-stop potting solution for global electronic manufacturers.

Product Overview

Our universal electronic potting silicone is a dual-component liquid material, with transparent Part A and customizable Part B. It is also known as liquid tank jelly glue, with stable performance comparable to High transparency mold silicone. It has good adhesion to aluminum, stainless steel, PC, PP, ABS and PVC, making it widely applicable to various electronic and industrial sealing scenarios.

Technical Specifications

A/B mixing ratio: 1:1 by weight; vacuum degassing for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa. Room temperature curing: 3-8 hours; accelerated curing: 20 minutes at 80-100℃. Sealed shelf life: 1 year; packaging: 1-200KG/barrel; transportation: non-hazardous.

Product Features

Excellent multi-material compatibility, bonding firmly with various metals and engineering plastics without damaging the substrate. Low viscosity ensures easy pouring and bubble-free encapsulation. It has good weather resistance and high-low temperature resistance, no deformation or aging. Curing without harmful by-products, safe and eco-friendly, with moderate softness and perfect elastic recovery.

How to Use

1. Stir Part A and Part B separately to eliminate stratification. 2. Mix the two components accurately at a 1:1 weight ratio. 3. Stir thoroughly, degas under vacuum, then pour into the target parts. 4. Choose curing mode according to ambient temperature, heating curing is recommended in cold seasons.
