Our Electronic Potting Compound is a premium dual-component liquid material, with transparent Part A and blue Part B (color customizable). Also called Liquid Tank Sealant , it meets the strict quality standards of Industrial mold silicone rubber. With moderate hardness and excellent elastic recovery, it is the first choice for electronic components, liquid tank high-efficiency air filters and high-temperature equipment sealing, solving the core pain points of leakage and corrosion.
Technical Specifications
A/B weight ratio: 1:1; vacuum degassing for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa.
Curing: 3-8 hours at room temperature, 20 minutes at 80~100℃.
Shelf life: 1 year (sealed); packaging: 1,5,20,25,200KG/barrel for A/B;
transportation: non-hazardous.
Compatible with PC, PP, ABS, PVC and metals (aluminum, galvanized sheet, stainless steel).
Product Features
It has excellent chemical stability, safety and environmental protection, high toughness, and can absorb thermal expansion stress without cracking. Low viscosity ensures easy pouring, supporting both room temperature and heating curing. It bonds firmly with various materials, produces no harmful by-products during curing, and has no oil leakage after curing, which is better than ordinary potting silicone in sealing durability.
How to Use
1. Stir Part A and Part B fully in their respective containers.
2. Mix them at 1:1 weight ratio.
3. Degas under 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour into target parts.
4. Cure at room temperature or heat; heating is recommended in winter to shorten the cycle.
