HONG YE SILICONE high-performance Electronic Potting Compound is also known as Liquid Tank Silicone and Jelly Silicone Gel. We also supply supporting liquid silicone , Mold Silicone and Pad Printing Silicone to meet diverse industrial demands.

Product Overview

Our HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Compound, also called Filter Potting Silicone or Jelly Silicone Gel, is a two-part RTV Silicone. Part A is transparent liquid and Part B is blue liquid with customizable colors. This eco-friendly Silicone Potting Compound delivers outstanding toughness and long-lasting sealing effect, serving as ideal encapsulation material for electronics and air filter systems.

Product Features

It owns stable chemical property, great weather resistance and wide temperature resistance. Low viscosity ensures easy pouring, and it can cure at room temperature or with heating. The cured silicone never leaks oil, and has strong adhesion to metal, PC, PP, ABS and PVC materials. It restores elasticity well and avoids cracking under thermal expansion and contraction.

Application Scenarios

Perfect for liquid tank high-efficiency air filters, LCD production, precision electronic parts sealing. Also applicable to high-temperature ovens, induction cookers and other heat-resistant equipment. Our full product line includes Liquid Silicone, Mold Silicone and Pad printing silicone for one-stop procurement.

Operation Steps

1. Stir Part A and Part B evenly separately.

2. Mix two components at 1:1 weight ratio.

3. Defoam for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa, then pour directly.

4. Cure 3-8 hours at room temperature, or 20 minutes at 80-100℃.

Q1: What is the mixing ratio of this electronic potting silicone?

A: Our HONG YE SILICONE potting compound adopts a standard 1:1 weight ratio of Part A and Part B, which is easy to operate and requires no complex formula calculation.

Q2: Can I cure the silicone faster in low-temperature environments?

A: Yes. Room temperature curing slows down in winter. Heating curing at 80-100℃ for 20 minutes can greatly shorten the curing time and ensure stable molding effect.

Q3: Will layered silicone after long storage affect performance?

A: No. Slight layer separation is normal after long-term storage. Just stir Part A and Part B evenly before use, and the original performance will be fully restored.

Q4: What materials can this silicone potting compound bond to?

A: It has excellent adhesion to aluminum, galvanized sheet, stainless steel and mainstream plastics including PC, PP, ABS and PVC, with wide application compatibility.

Q5: Can the mixed silicone be stored for later use?
