HONG YE SILICONE Jelly Silicone Gel is a dedicated RTV2 Silicone Rubber for liquid tank filter systems, also categorized as Filter Potting Silicone and Liquid Tank Silicone. This two-part liquid silicone raw material has transparent Part A and customizable colored Part B. Safe, flexible and durable, it is the preferred Silicone Encapsulant for high-efficiency filters, air outlets and electronic power modules.

With excellent chemical stability and weather resistance, this silicone resists high and low temperature deformation, corrosion and moisture. It delivers outstanding tensile toughness and automatic sealing recovery. Low viscosity ensures bubble-free pouring, and dual curing modes greatly improve production efficiency with zero oil leakage after curing.

Stir A and B components separately to eliminate precipitation.
Mix uniformly at 1:1 weight ratio.
Defoam for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa pressure.
Pour into filter tanks, cure naturally or by heating acceleration.
