HONG YE SILICONE Filter Potting Silicone is a professional Liquid Tank Sealant formulated for industrial filter and electronic encapsulation. This flexible RTV Silicone Gel for Tank features dual curing, high toughness and corrosion resistance. It bonds tightly with metal and plastic substrates. HONG YE SILICONE Filter Potting Silicone is a two-component eco-friendly Liquid Tank Adhesive, commonly named Jelly Silicone Gel in the industry. As a core industrial Silicone Potting Compound, it adopts addition curing technology with no harmful by-products. With strong adhesion to metal and engineering plastics, it is widely used for air filter sealing, electronic moisture-proof encapsulation and high-temperature equipment bonding.

Technical Specifications

Standard 1:1 weight mixing ratio, dual curing modes available. Room temperature curing takes 3-8 hours, while high-temperature curing at 80-100℃ only needs 20 minutes. It features low viscosity, excellent weather resistance and zero oil leakage after curing, with 1-year sealed storage period.

This silicone raw material has moderate softness and outstanding elastic recovery. It provides all-round protection of waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and insulation.
