This flexible RTV Silicone Gel for Tank features anti-corrosion and anti-aging performance. We also provide Foamed Silicone and liquid silicone Foam for diversified industrial silicone applications.

HONG YE SILICONE weather-resistant Filter Potting Silicone is a long-life Liquid Tank Silicone specially developed for complex working environments. Belonging to addition curing silicone series, this RTV Silicone Gel for Tank has outstanding weather resistance, resisting ultraviolet aging, corrosion and extreme temperature fluctuations. It is widely used for long-term operation filter equipment and outdoor industrial device sealing.

Technical Specifications

1:1 accurate weight mixing ratio, dual curing modes. Fast heating curing at 80-100℃ for 20 minutes, conventional room-temperature curing for 3-8 hours. Features anti-corrosion, anti-aging, waterproof and deformation-proof properties, 1-year sealed shelf life and safe global transportation.

Product Features

Different from ordinary potting materials, this silicone has super environmental adaptability. It effectively resists outdoor wind, humidity and temperature difference changes, avoiding hardening, cracking or falling off. High elastic recovery and stable chemical properties ensure long-term uninterrupted sealing protection, greatly extending equipment service cycle.

Operation Steps

Stir Part A and Part B individually to uniform state.

Mix two components at standard 1:1 weight ratio.

Defoam for 3 minutes under low pressure to remove internal air bubbles.

Pour into filter liquid tanks and complete natural or heating curing.
