HONG YE SILICONE Cleanroom Grade Filter Potting Silicone is purified Liquid Tank Adhesive designed for dust-free LCD and electronic clean workshops. Ultra-clean Jelly Silicone Gel avoids impurity precipitation during curing. We provide High transparency mold silicone and Food grade mold silicone for high purity silicone demands.

HONG YE SILICONE cleanroom-grade Liquid Tank Adhesive is refined Filter Potting Silicone specially refined for cleanroom production lines. Purified raw material removes extra impurities and suspended particles, applicable to high-standard dust-free production of liquid tank filters, LCD and precision electronics. The Addition Curing Silicone releases no volatile gas and keeps workshop environment clean.

Technical Specifications

1:1 fixed mixing ratio by weight, dual optional curing methods. Room temp cure 3~8h, heat cure 20min at 80-100℃. High purity, low impurity, zero oil bleeding, 1 year sealed shelf life, non-dangerous cargo for export shipping.

Product Features

Operation Steps

Stir A and B separately inside clean room to avoid external dust mixing in.

Mix raw materials at accurate 1:1 weight proportion.

Vacuum defoam for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa pressure.

Pour into filter slots and choose suitable curing way.
