HONG YE SILICONE Zero-Shrinkage Filter Potting Silicone is a high-precision addition curing Liquid Tank Silicone with minimal shrinkage after curing. This dimensionally stable Jelly Silicone Gel ensures no deformation for high-precision filter sealing. We also supply Silicone Foam and liquid silicone for comprehensive industrial sealing solutions.

Product Overview

HONG YE SILICONE zero-shrinkage Liquid Tank Sealant is a precision-grade RTV Silicone Gel developed for high-tolerance filter manufacturing. Different from ordinary sealants with large shrinkage rate, this Filter Potting Silicone maintains stable dimension after full curing. It features eco-friendly formula, no oil precipitation and excellent elastic recovery, perfect for high-precision air filter and electronic module sealing.

Technical Specifications

Standard 1:1 weight mixing ratio. Dual curing modes: 3-8 hours room temperature curing or 20 minutes rapid heating curing at 80-100℃. Ultra-low shrinkage rate, stable dimensional tolerance, 1-year sealed shelf life and non-hazardous global transportation.

Product Features

This industrial silicone raw material features industry-leading zero-shrinkage performance. It will not shrink, warp or deform after curing, ensuring 100% tight fit for filter tank gaps. Excellent chemical stability and weather resistance guarantee long-term precise sealing. Low viscosity enables smooth pouring without bubble defects.

Operation Steps

Stir Part A and Part B separately to uniform liquid state.

Mix two components strictly at 1:1 weight ratio.

Perform 3-minute low-pressure vacuum defoaming.

Pour into filter aluminum slots and complete curing.
