HONG YE SILICONE electronic potting silicone, also known as liquid tank jelly silicone gel, is a high-performance RTV2 Silicone Rubber widely adopted in industrial sealing and encapsulation. Formulated with A/B two-component liquid structure, the standard transparent Part A and customizable blue Part B deliver eco-friendly, high-toughness sealing performance. Operation Steps

1. Fully stir Part A and Part B separately to eliminate liquid stratification and precipitation.

2. Mix the two components strictly at 1:1 weight ratio and stir evenly.

3. Perform vacuum defoaming for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa pressure.

4. Pour uniformly into filter aluminum tanks or electronic modules and complete curing.
