HONG YE SILICONE Anti-Crack Liquid Tank Adhesive is a high-toughness RTV2 Silicone Rubber built for stress and temperature alternating environments. This flexible Jelly Silicone Gel prevents sealing cracking for filter and electronic devices. We also provide Foamed Silicone and Rapid prototyping silicone for diverse industrial material matching.

HONG YE SILICONE anti-crack electronic potting silicone is a high-flexibility industrial Silicone Encapsulant optimized for stress release scenarios. Many ordinary rigid sealants crack due to thermal expansion and contraction, while this Liquid Tank Silicone adopts high-elastic formula to buffer structural stress. It maintains intact sealing layer under frequent temperature changes, protecting filters and electronic modules from cracking failure.

Technical Specifications

1:1 weight mixing ratio, dual curing system. 3-8h room temperature curing, 20min fast curing at 80-100℃. High toughness, excellent stress resistance, anti-crack, anti-deformation, 1-year sealed shelf life and safe export transportation.

It can absorb extrusion, stretching and thermal deformation generated by equipment operation. No cracking, no breaking and no degumming after long-term alternating cold and hot working. Operation Steps

1. Uniformly stir Part A and Part B before mixing.

2. Mix two components strictly at 1:1 weight proportion.

3. Defoam for 3 minutes under low vacuum pressure.

4. Pour and cure in filter aluminum tanks or electronic assembly gaps.
