HONG YE SILICONE Low-Shrinkage Liquid Tank Silicone is a precision RTV Silicone Gel designed for narrow gap filter potting. This self-leveling Jelly Silicone Gel ensures full filling without shrinkage deformation. We also supply Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber and Rapid prototyping silicone for industrial customized materials.

HONG YE SILICONE low-shrinkage precision potting silicone is a high-precision Liquid Tank Adhesive for micro-gap and narrow-slot filter sealing. Traditional potting glue shrinks obviously after curing, causing gap leakage and poor tightness. This upgraded Filter Potting Silicone features ultra-low shrinkage and excellent self-leveling ability, achieving full and precise gap filling for high-precision filter production.

Operation Steps

1. Stir Part A and Part B evenly before mixing.

2. Mix two components strictly at 1:1 weight proportion.

3. Defoam for 3 minutes to eliminate micro air bubbles.

4. Slowly pour to realize natural self-leveling gap filling.
