HONG YE SILICONE Zero Bleeding Filter Potting Silicone is a premium addition curing Jelly Silicone Gel with zero oil precipitation after curing. This high-purity Liquid Tank Silicone delivers clean, non-contaminating sealing for air filters and electronic modules. We also supply Thermally Conductive Potting Compound and Epoxy Potting Resin for full industrial encapsulation solutions.

Product Overview

HONG YE SILICONE zero oil bleeding electronic potting silicone is an upgraded RTV Silicone Gel for Tank designed to solve common oil leakage and surface contamination issues of ordinary potting glue. As a high-grade Liquid Tank Sealant, it adopts optimized addition curing formula with no small molecule residue. It keeps ultra-clean surface after curing, ensuring no dust adsorption and no pollution to filter equipment and precision electronic parts, ideal for high-clean industrial production.

Technical Specifications

1:1 weight mixing ratio, dual curing modes: 3-8 hours room temperature curing or 20 minutes fast curing at 80-100℃. Features zero oil bleeding, low viscosity, excellent fluidity, non-toxic and by-product free. 1-year sealed shelf life, classified as non-dangerous goods for global shipping.

Product Features

Different from traditional silicone, this Silicone Potting Compound completely eliminates oil leakage and surface sweating problems. The cured gel maintains a dry, clean and smooth surface without absorbing dust. It retains moderate hardness, high toughness and elastic recovery, effectively resisting thermal expansion and contraction stress. It bonds stably with metal, ABS, PC, PVC and other substrates for long-term clean sealing.

Operation Steps

1. Stir Part A and Part B separately to eliminate bottom precipitation.

2. Mix A and B evenly strictly at 1:1 weight ratio.

3. Perform 3-minute vacuum defoaming under 0.08MPa.

4. Pour into liquid tank filters or electronic components and cure fully.
