HONG YE SILICONE anti-aging electronic potting silicone is a long-life Liquid Tank Silicone developed for complex working conditions. As a high-performance addition curing Filter Potting Silicone, it features superior weather resistance, anti-corrosion and anti-UV aging performance. It solves common problems of ordinary silicone such as hardening, cracking and degumming after long-term use, ensuring permanent tight sealing.

Technical Specifications

1:1 accurate weight mixing ratio with dual curing modes. 3-8 hours room-temperature curing or 20-minute fast heating curing at 80-100℃. Excellent anti-aging, waterproof and anti-corrosion performance, 1-year sealed shelf life and safe global transportation.

This RTV Silicone Gel for Tank owns ultra-strong environmental adaptability. It resists ultraviolet radiation, humidity erosion and extreme temperature fluctuation without deformation or failure. Operation Steps

1. Stir Part A and Part B individually to uniform liquid state.

2. Mix two components at standard 1:1 weight ratio.

3. Remove air bubbles via 3-minute low-pressure defoaming.

4. Pour into filter tanks and complete natural or heating curing.
