As a professional Liquid Tank Silicone and Filter Potting Silicone, the two-part A/B formula is non-toxic and by-product-free after curing. It delivers comprehensive waterproof, moisture-proof, shockproof and insulation protection for LCD manufacturing, circuit boards and various precision electronic modules.

Technical Specifications

1:1 fixed weight mixing ratio for precise operation. Dual curing modes adapt to electronic production lines: 3-8 hours natural curing or 20-minute rapid heating curing. Low viscosity for bubble-free perfusion, excellent insulation property, zero corrosion and 1-year long-term sealed storage.

Product Features

This Electronic Potting Compound features ultra-high insulation and anti-damp performance. The soft and elastic structure buffers external vibration and impact to protect fragile electronic parts. Operation Steps

1. Fully stir single A and B components to eliminate internal precipitation.

2. Mix evenly at standard 1:1 weight ratio.

3. Defoam for 3 minutes under low vacuum pressure.

4. Inject into electronic modules or filter tanks and cure completely.
