HONG YE SILICONE High-Adhesion Liquid Tank Adhesive is a strong-bonding RTV Silicone Gel for multi-material filter sealing. This high-toughness Jelly Silicone Gel prevents degumming and peeling in long-term operation. We also supply Pad Printing Silicone and Industrial mold silicone rubber for full industrial material matching.

HONG YE SILICONE high-adhesion Liquid Tank Adhesive is an upgraded industrial Filter Potting Silicone focused on bonding strength. Many ordinary silicones easily peel off from aluminum and plastic, while this optimized RTV Silicone Gel greatly enhances substrate adhesion. It firmly bonds with filter aluminum slots, metal plates and plastic parts for permanent non-degumming sealing effect.

1:1 accurate mixing ratio, dual curing modes. Fast heating curing 20min at 80-100℃, natural curing 3-8h. Super adhesion, high toughness, zero oil leakage, 1-year sealed storage and non-dangerous shipping.

Stir Part A and Part B uniformly.
Mix strictly at 1:1 weight ratio.
Vacuum defoam for 3 minutes.
