HONG YE SILICONE stable storage Liquid Tank Silicone is reformulated Filter Potting Silicone optimized for long-time bulk inventory. Ordinary silicone tends to separate after long storage, while our anti-layer formula effectively slows down raw material precipitation. Two-component transparent A and customizable color B, eco-friendly addition curing for filter and electronic sealing.

Technical Specifications

1:1 mixing ratio by weight, dual curing choice. Natural curing 3-8h, accelerated heating curing 20min at 80~100℃. Strong anti-stratification property, 1 year full shelf life, non-dangerous goods for sea and air transportation.

Product Features

Special anti-precipitation formula reduces component layering during long warehouse storage; even slight stratification after storage can restore full performance by simple stirring. Low viscosity smooth pouring, zero oil leakage after full cure, outstanding bonding performance on metal and plastic substrates.

Operation Steps

Stir A and B evenly if slight layering appears after long storage.

Blend two parts strictly following 1:1 weight proportion.

Vacuum defoam for 3 minutes to eliminate inner air bubbles.

Complete pouring and curing according to production schedule.
