HONG YE SILICONE Low Viscosity Micro-Gap Liquid Tank Sealant is customized for narrow aluminum slot filter potting. Flowable Jelly Silicone Gel easily fills tiny gaps without air trapping. We also provide Foamed Silicone and Liquid Mold Silicone for diversified industrial silicone options.

Product Overview

HONG YE SILICONE micro-gap filling Liquid Tank Sealant is low-viscosity RTV silicone specially developed for narrow aluminum slots of liquid tank filters. Common thick glue fails to penetrate tiny gaps, while our smooth-flow Jelly Silicone Gel automatically flows into fine clearance to realize full sealing. Safe addition curing without harmful by-products for filter and miniature electronic encapsulation.

Technical Specifications

Standard 1:1 weight mixing ratio, dual curing available. Room temperature cure 3~8 hours, heat cure 20min at 80-100℃. Ultra-low viscosity for micro gap penetration, zero bubble residue after defoaming, 1 year sealed storage, safe export transport.

Product Features

Ultra-low viscosity brings excellent self-leveling property, automatically flows into narrow filter aluminum micro gaps without manual auxiliary filling. After curing, moderate elasticity offsets thermal expansion gap change, no crack or degumming, fully waterproof and insulating.

Operation Steps

Stir A and B separately to homogenize raw material liquid.

Mix at fixed 1:1 weight ratio and stir uniformly.

Vacuum defoam for 3 minutes to remove trapped air.

Pour slowly to let silicone naturally infiltrate narrow slots then cure.
