HONG YE SILICONE electronic-grade Jelly Silicone Gel is a specialized Liquid Tank Silicone designed for precision industrial encapsulation. As a high-purity Silicone Encapsulant and Silicone Potting Compound, it adopts two-part A/B component formula with eco-friendly addition curing technology. It provides comprehensive insulation, shockproof, moisture-proof and sealing protection for liquid tank filters and delicate electronic components.

Technical Specifications

Standard 1:1 weight mixing ratio for accurate compounding. Dual curing options adapt to electronic production lines: natural curing for 3-8 hours, accelerated heating curing at 80-100℃ for 20 minutes. Zero curing by-products, non-corrosive, 1-year sealed storage and safe non-dangerous shipping.

Tailored for electronic precision protection, this silicone features ultra-high insulation and anti-corrosion performance. Moderate softness and flexible elasticity protect fragile electronic parts from vibration damage. Low

viscosity ensures smooth perfusion into tiny gaps. It bonds perfectly with PC, ABS, PVC, metal and other circuit board materials with zero oil leakage after curing.

Operation Steps

Fully agitate single A and B components to eliminate precipitation.

Mix evenly according to 1:1 fixed weight ratio.

Defoam the mixture for 3 minutes under low pressure.

Inject into filter tanks or electronic modules and cure completely.
