HONG YE SILICONE Jelly Silicone Gel is a high-elastic RTV2 Silicone Rubber dedicated to liquid tank filter sealing. This low-viscosity Liquid Tank Silicone supports dual curing, featuring weather resistance and zero oil leakage. It suits precision electronic encapsulation and high-temperature sealing. We also supply Industrial mold silicone rubber and Human Body Silicone.

Product Overview

HONG YE SILICONE Jelly Silicone Gel is a specialized RTV2 Silicone Rubber for liquid tank filter systems, also defined as Filter Potting Silicone and Liquid Tank Silicone. This two-part liquid silicone raw material has transparent Part A and customizable colored Part B. Safe, flexible and durable, it is the preferred Silicone Encapsulant for high-efficiency filters, air outlets and electronic power module encapsulation.

Technical Specifications

1:1 weight mixing ratio, dual curing options. Room temperature curing time: 3-8 hours; heating curing at 80-100℃: 20 minutes. Low viscosity for smooth perfusion, non-toxic formula, zero oil leakage after curing, 1-year shelf life and non-dangerous transportation.

It delivers superior tensile toughness and automatic sealing recovery. Operation Steps

Stir A and B components separately to eliminate material precipitation.

Mix uniformly at 1:1 fixed weight ratio.

Defoam for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa pressure.

Pour into filter tanks and cure naturally or by heating acceleration.
