This flexible RTV Silicone features extreme weather resistance, dual curing and strong substrate adhesion. It ensures long-term stable sealing for filters and electronics. Product Overview

HONG YE SILICONE Liquid Tank Adhesive is a multifunctional industrial Filter Potting Silicone, commonly known as Jelly Silicone Gel. This two-component RTV Silicone raw material is eco-friendly, non-toxic and highly resilient. With customizable color and superior bonding performance, it is widely adopted for global liquid tank filter potting and precision electronic sealing projects.

Product Features

Moderate hardness and excellent elastic recovery effectively resist cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction. It owns all-round performance of waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and temperature resistance. Low viscosity improves pouring efficiency, while dual curing modes fit different workshop environments with no oil leakage after full curing.

Operation Steps

Separately stir Part A and Part B to eliminate material precipitation.

Mix two components evenly at 1:1 standard weight ratio.

Defoam for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa low pressure.

Pour into filter tanks and adopt suitable curing method.

Application Scenarios

Applicable to liquid tank high-efficiency air filters, high-temperature filter devices, LCD optical equipment and various high-temperature heating machinery, greatly improving product tightness and service durability.
