HONG YE SILICONE Liquid Tank Silicone is a premium two-part Platinum cured RTV2 Silicone Rubber, also known as Jelly Silicone Gel and Filter Potting Silicone. This eco-friendly Silicone Encapsulant features low viscosity and dual curing modes, delivering tight sealing, waterproof and insulation protection. We also supply professional Mold Making Silicone and Pad Printing Silicone for full industrial silicone material solutions.

Product Overview

HONG YE SILICONE Liquid Tank Silicone is an addition curing RTV2 Silicone Rubber customized for liquid tank air filter systems. Consisting of transparent Part A and customizable blue Part B, this Liquid Tank Sealant is non-toxic, high-toughness and produces zero by-products during curing. As a top-grade Silicone Potting Compound, it offers excellent sealing, shockproof and moisture-proof performance for filters and precision electronic components.

Product Features

Boasting stable chemical properties and superior weather resistance, this silicone raw material resists high/low temperature, corrosion and deformation. Low viscosity enables smooth pouring with no bubbles. It supports room-temperature and heating curing, features great adhesion to metal, ABS, PVC and PC, and owns automatic sealing recovery to prevent cracking from thermal expansion.

Operation Steps

Stir Part A and Part B uniformly in separate containers.

Mix two components strictly at 1:1 weight ratio.

Defoam the mixture under 0.08MPa for 3 minutes.

Pour into filter aluminum slots, cure 3-8 hours at room temperature or 20 minutes at 80-100℃.
