HONG YE SILICONE low-shrinkage Jelly Silicone Gel is an upgraded professional sealing material optimized for precision liquid tank filter micro-gap sealing. As a core customized Liquid Tank Silicone in our product system, it matches Foamed Silicone and medical silicone products to form a complete industrial sealing solution. With transparent Part A and customizable colored Part B in 1:1 mixing ratio, this Addition Curing Silicone features ultra-low shrinkage rate, soft and moderate hardness, and excellent fatigue resistance, solving micro air leakage and sealing failure caused by traditional silicone shrinkage and hardening.

Operation Guide

Stir Part A and Part B evenly respectively to eliminate raw material precipitation and stratification. Mix strictly at 1:1 weight ratio to ensure uniform component fusion. Perform vacuum defoaming for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa to ensure bubble-free colloid. Complete pouring and filling; adopt room-temperature curing for 3–8 hours or high-temperature accelerated curing to improve production efficiency.
