HY-912 is a high wear resistance grade condensation cure Pad Printing Silicone from HYC-Silicone's HY-9 series, specially engineered for high-load pad printing applications. Formulated with a high-strength cross-linking system and premium Silicone raw materials, this product delivers significantly higher tear strength and wear resistance than standard grades. The resulting silicone pads can withstand many more printing cycles without cracking or deforming — making it the top choice for high-volume continuous manufacturing facilities. For factories with high daily printing volume and frequent pad changes, HY-912 dramatically reduces consumable costs and production downtime. Although the unit price is slightly higher than standard grades, the overall cost per print is actually lower — delivering outstanding value for money.
Key Features
1. Excellent Wear Resistance: High-strength cross-linked formula, wear resistance 50%+ higher than standard pad printing silicone
2. High Tear Strength: Pads resist cracking and damage, significantly extended service life
3. Good Rebound Resilience: Quickly recovers shape after repeated pressing, no deformation over long-term use
4. Great Ink Transfer: Balanced ink pick-up and release, sharp and uniform pattern transfer
5. No Oil Bleeding: Stable and reliable formula, no silicone oil migration under normal operating conditions
6. Easy to Use: Room temperature vulcanization, simply mix base with curing agent and pour
7. Cost Effective: Reduces pad replacement frequency, lowers overall production costs

Application Industries
• Electronic component printing — keypad symbols, connector markings, PCB labels
• Toy and gift printing — doll faces, decorative patterns, toy accessories
• Cosmetic packaging printing — bottle logos, cap designs, compact decoration
• Medical device marking — syringe scales, device identification, housing labels
• Plastic and metal printing — surface logos, product codes, specification marks
• Promotional gift printing — pen printing, keychains, giveaway logos
• Stationery printing — ruler scales, pen designs, pencil case decoration
How to Use
1. Prepare the pad mold, ensure surface is clean and smooth; apply release agent if needed
2. Weigh base and curing agent accurately at the recommended ratio
3. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, scrape sides and bottom of container to ensure uniform mixture
4. Degas under vacuum for 3-5 minutes to remove air bubbles
5. Pour slowly into the mold to avoid creating new bubbles
6. Let cure at room temperature; full cure in 12-24 hours
7. Demold after full cure and trim edges before use
Notes
• Silicone oil can adjust hardness; recommended addition is under 5% as excess reduces wear resistance
• Curing agent must be accurately measured — too much or too little will affect pad performance
• Keep working environment clean to avoid dust and impurities
• Seal containers tightly after use to prevent moisture absorption
• Curing agent is hygroscopic — replace cap immediately after use
