Hong Ye Silicone HY-912 is a professional grade 50 shore A Pad Printing Silicone specially designed for automotive industry applications. Manufactured by Shenzhen Hong Ye Jie Technology Co., Ltd. with over 25 years of experience, this product delivers fast curing at room temperature for consistent high-quality printing results.

This material features fast curing at room temperature for quick production turnaround, high resilience and fast rebound that maintains shape after thousands of prints, and excellent ink transfer performance for crisp, clear impressions every time. It also offers good tear resistance strength for durability and long-lasting use, fine pattern reproduction capability for sharp details on small components, and long service life that reduces replacement costs.

Key technical parameters include 50 Shore A hardness, white or translucent liquid appearance, approximately 10000 cps viscosity, tear strength of ≥25 kN/m, mix ratio of 10:1 or 1:1, pot life of 30-40 minutes at 25°C, cure time of 2-4 hours at room temperature, shrinkage ≤0.3%, and operating temperature range from -60°C to 200°C.

Widely used in automotive industry for pad printing on dashboard buttons and controls, interior trim panels, control knobs and dials, and plastic interior components.
