912 Pad Printing Silicone is a multi-color eco-friendly general-purpose two-component RTV-2 silicone rubber designed for routine pad printing across various industries. Hardness 25±2 Shore A, multiple color options, stable batch quality, eco-certified for export. Moderate viscosity, good fluidity, easy operation, stable ink transfer, clear patterns. Ideal for toys, stationery, electronics, hardware, gifts, packaging.

Operating Instructions

Clean mold, apply release agent, place flat.

Mix component A with curing agent at specified ratio.

Pour slowly, vacuum degassing recommended.

Demold after 2–4 hours at room temperature.

Note: General-purpose grade, small amount of silicone oil optional for softer pads.

Packaging & Storage

5KG/20KG/25KG/200KG iron drums. 12 months shelf life at 25°C. Cool dry storage, away from moisture.
