Product Description
HY-901 economical Pad printing silicone rubber is developed and manufactured by Shenzhen Hongyejie Technology Co., Ltd. The company was founded in 1998, with more than 20 years of silicone manufacturing experience, and its products are exported to more than 138 countries and regions worldwide. This product is a condensation cure two-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. Part A is a flowable
liquid silicone base, and Part B is a tin catalyst curing agent. It cures at room temperature after mixing at a weight ratio of 100:2.

How to Use
Step 1: Prepare the pad head mold and clean the mold surface to ensure no dust, oil or other impurities. Apply a thin layer of release agent on the mold surface if needed for easy demolding.
Step 2: Accurately weigh Part A and Part B at a weight ratio of 100:2. Use an electronic scale to ensure accurate ratio, as ratio deviation will affect curing effect and pad head performance.
Step 3: Pour Part A and Part B into a clean container and mix thoroughly with a stirring rod for about 2 to 3 minutes. Scrape the sides and bottom of the container to ensure no unmixed dead corners.
Step 4: Place the mixed silicone in a vacuum degassing machine and degas for 3 to 5 minutes at 0.08MPa pressure to remove air bubbles mixed during stirring. The silicone surface should be smooth and bubble free after degassing.
Step 5: Slowly pour the degassed silicone into the prepared pad head mold from one side to avoid generating new bubbles. After pouring, gently vibrate the mold to help remove residual bubbles.
Step 6: Let it cure at room temperature for 2 to 4 hours. After the silicone is completely cured, demold it. It is recommended to leave it for 24 hours for post curing to achieve optimal pad head performance before use.

Precautions
