HY-916 is a super soft Pad Printing Silicone developed by Shenzhen Hongyejie Technology Co., Ltd. for irregular curved surface product printing. Hardness 16 Shore A with excellent softness and large deformation, able to reach into concave areas, achieving printing that normal hardness pad heads cannot complete. 100:2 mix ratio, room temperature cure in 2-4 hours. Viscosity 10000mPa.s, fine texture, smooth pad head surface. Widely used in toy, medical device, craft and gift industries. Application and Operation Instructions
Step 1: Preparation
Prepare HY-916 Part A and Part B, digital scale, stirring rod, vacuum degassing machine, pad head mold, release agent, gloves. Ensure mold is clean and dry, apply release agent and let dry.
Step 2: Weighing and Mixing
Accurately weigh Part A and Part B by ratio 100:2. For example, 100g Part A + 2g Part B. Use digital scale for precise weighing.
Step 3: Stirring
Stir thoroughly for 3-5 minutes, scrape bottom and side walls to ensure uniform mixing. Stir gently to avoid bubbles.
Step 4: Vacuum Degassing
Degas for 5-8 minutes at -0.09MPa until no more bubbles rise. Critical step for pad head quality.
Step 5: Mold Pouring
Slowly pour degassed silicone into mold from one side, let flow naturally. Fill slightly above mold level.
Step 6: Curing and Demolding
Cure at room temperature 25°C for 2-4 hours. Demold carefully. Rest 24 hours before use for optimal performance.
